I’m Boris and I’ve been a coach and trainer since 2006 and I love nothing more than helping my clients thrive at things they didn’t even think were possible.
Who are my clients?
My clients are already successful, have achieved a whole bunch and are often at a pivotal moment in life… Either heading into a new and exciting challenge or not sure what the next one is but knowing they want something more.

How do you work?
I help my clients get amazing results through internal reflection, increasing their self-awareness and developing new ways of thinking. Together we focus on what really matters and build conscious, purposeful behaviours and habits that work and that last a lifetime.
Because embeding new behaviours takes change, our coaching session are delivered in programmes of 4, 6 or 12 months, either self funded or funded by your organisation.
Who is Boris?
Apart from being a highly experienced and qualified coach Boris brings to his coaching broad cultural experience borne from multiple nationalities (English / French / Irish) and having lived / worked across the globe from Australia to Zambia, via Fiji and major cities across Europe and the Middle East.
Boris also has a background in technology, having implemented IT systems handling hundreds of millions, run/coached large scale software development teams and for fun started a record store.
